Account not showing up

If you added an account but it doesn't appear in the sidebar:

Check these things

1. Sign-in was interrupted

If you closed the popup or navigated away during sign-in, the token may not have been saved. Try adding the account again.

2. Browser storage is blocked

Remoscope stores account tokens in localStorage. If your browser blocks this (strict privacy settings, incognito mode), accounts won't persist.

Fix: Allow localStorage for remoscope.com or use a regular browser window.

3. Data was cleared

If you cleared browser data or used a cleaner tool, your accounts were removed.

Fix: Re-add the accounts.

4. Different browser/device

Accounts are stored per-browser. If you added an account in Chrome, it won't appear in Firefox.
