Filter your files by type to find specific content across all your accounts.
Available file types
- Documents: Google Docs, Word, PDFs, text files
- Spreadsheets: Google Sheets, Excel files
- Presentations: Google Slides, PowerPoint
- Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, etc.
- Videos: MP4, MOV, etc.
- Audio: MP3, WAV, etc.
- Archives: ZIP, RAR, etc.
How to filter
- Go to Storage or Search
- Click the Type filter
- Select one or more file types
- Results show matching files from all accounts
Use cases
- Find all videos taking up space
- Locate all PDFs for a project
- See all images across accounts
- Find archives you can delete
