Searching emails across accounts

Find any email across all your Gmail accounts with a single search.

How to search

1. Go to Gmail → Search in the sidebar
2. Type your search query
3. Press Enter or click Search
4. Results from all accounts appear together

Search operators

Remoscope supports all Gmail search operators:

• from:name@email.com — Emails from a specific sender
• to:recipient@email.com — Emails to a specific recipient
• subject:keyword — Search in subject lines only
• has:attachment — Emails with attachments
• filename:pdf — Attachments of a specific type
• after:2024/01/01 — Emails after a date
• before:2024/12/31 — Emails before a date
• is:starred — Starred emails
• is:unread — Unread emails

Combine operators

You can combine multiple operators:

• from:amazon has:attachment after:2024/01/01
• subject:invoice is:unread

Filtering results

After searching, you can further filter by:

• Specific accounts
• Sort by date (newest/oldest first)
• Sort by sender name
