Smart views automatically find specific types of emails across all your accounts — no search queries needed.

Available smart views

Access these from the tabs in Gmail → Search:

⭐ Starred

All starred emails from every account in one list.

🧾 Invoices

Finds emails with subjects containing: invoice, receipt, billing statement, payment confirmation, payment received.

🛍️ Purchases

Finds order confirmations, shipping notifications, delivery updates, and tracking numbers.

🔄 Subscriptions

Finds recurring payment notices, membership renewals, auto-renewal confirmations, and subscription-related emails.

📈 Stocks

Finds trade confirmations, price alerts, dividend notices, and portfolio updates.

How they work

Smart views use Gmail search queries behind the scenes. For example, the Invoices view searches for:

subject:(invoice OR receipt OR "billing statement")
