1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Remoscope ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Remoscope is a web-based application that allows you to manage multiple Google accounts from a single dashboard. The Service includes features for browsing Google Drive, viewing Gmail, and copying files between accounts.

3. Your Google Account

To use Remoscope, you must connect one or more Google accounts. By doing so:

• You authorize Remoscope to access your Google Drive and Gmail data as permitted by Google's OAuth system
• You remain responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. Key points:

• All data is processed locally in your browser
• We don't store your data on any server
• We can't access your files, emails, or tokens

5. Free and Pro Plans

Remoscope offers both free and paid (Pro) plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 accounts, 10 files per copy operation, includes ads
• Pro Plan: Unlimited accounts and files, no ads, available for $5/month or $50/year

Pro subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy. Refund requests should be directed to our support email within 14 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Use the Service to violate Google's Terms of Service
• Share or resell Pro license keys
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

7. Intellectual Property

Remoscope and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Remoscope and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remoscope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify users of significant changes through the app or website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
